1) 認知症を有する患者
2) 関節リウマチを有する患者
3) 脛骨高位骨切術後の患者
4) 下肢骨折既往歴を有する患者
（鏡視下術後の患者、両側性変形性膝関節症
を有する患者は除外としない）
