麻酔導入時挿管前および挿管後に、ビデオ喉頭鏡で喉頭の状況を観察し、声門に占めるチューブの割合を測定。
手術終了後、ファイバーで声門の腫脹を評価し、その後嗄声スコアを計測する

Before and after intubation during induction of anesthesia, the laryngeal situation is observed with a video-laryngoscope and the percentage of the tube in the glottis is measured.
After completion of the procedure, the glottis is assessed for swelling with a fiberscope and hoarseness score is subsequently measured
