診断名、FDG PET検査の所見および腫瘍集積度、病理学的な指標（血管浸潤、神経浸潤など）、病理組織上の生理学的指標（グルコーストランスポーター、ヘキソキナーゼ、G-6-Pase）、病理組織上の癌関連遺伝子（p53など）の発現度およびその遺伝子変異の部位･頻度。

Clinical diagnosis, finding of FDG PET imaging and measured uptake of FDG. Pathological parameters measured on cancer sample such as invasiveness. Expression glucose transporter, hexokinese and G-6-Pase on cancer tissue. Expression and mutation of cancer related genes such as p53 on cancer tissue.

2010年7月から2014年9月までの間に、長崎大学病院放射線部においてFDG PETの撮影が行われ、かつ手術によって病理組織標本が得ることができた、肝・胆道系・膵腫瘍の患者を対象とする。

Patient who were performed resection of hepatic/chorangic and pancreatic cancer and also performed FDG PET imaging during July 2010 and Sept 2014.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1:FDG PETの画質が評価に適さないレベルであると画像診断学的に評価される場合。
2:病理組織標本が、病理学評価に適さない場合。

1: Patient with FDG PET image quality which is too poor to interpret.
2: The cases which the cancer tissue is not available.

現在、遺伝子情報以外の病理標本から得られる情報とFDG集積度の関連の解析中である。膵癌において、FDGの集積度とリンパ管侵襲以外の腫瘍進展状態との間に関連性があることが、示唆される結果がえられつつある。

Now, analysis not including genome information are on going. Correlation between FDG uptake and histological infromation regarding tumor invasion (except lymphatic invasion) were observed in pancreatic cancer.

本研究は後ろ向き観察研究である。
本研究では、癌組織のFDG 集積度に影響を与える因子として、p53を始めとする腫瘍遺伝子の変異に着目し、DNA シークエンスによる変異部位の特定、糖代謝に影響を与える因子との関連、放射線感受性などとの関連を明らかにする。

This is retrospective observation study.
In this study, we compare FDG uptake measured on FDG PET imaging preoperatively and cancer related gene expression and mutations. Also evaluate relationship between FDG uptake and glusoce metabolism related factor, factor which affect on radiation sensitivity.
