本研究では、現在供給されている核医学を用いた心機能解析ソフトウエアの間間にどのような差異があるか、その差異が補正可能なものであるか、またこれらを用いた診断能が従来に比べて優れたものであるかどうかを検証する。

All the patient who received ECG gated myocardial perfusion SPECT imaging during January 2013 and August 2014 in Nagasaki University Hospital

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

不整脈のため心電図同期が正常に行えなかった者

主な結果/Results

日本語
QGS, Heart function view (HFV), CardioRepo (C-repo)の3つのソフトウエア間での比較が行われた。収縮機能については、QGS、HFV間については明らかな差異はなかったが、C-Repoは他の二つに比べて、小さいvolumeをやや大きく、大きいvolumeをやや小さく測定することが判明した。一方、位相解析の指標については、HFV, C-repoの間で比較を行い、相関は見られるが値に大きな違いがあり、互換性に乏しいことが判明した。

Comparison between three software, QGS, Heart function view (HFV) and CardioRepo (C-repo), was performed. No significant difference of volumetric parameters between HFV and QGS were observed. C-Repo tend to measure small volume as larger, large volume as smaller. Regarding phase parameters, value measured with HFV and C-repo showed correlation but wide difference. No interchangeability between those two software regarding phase parameters were suspected.

本研究は後ろ向き観察研究である。
現在供給されている、複数の、心電図同期SPECT介せソフトウエアの間で、得られる心機能やその他のパラメーターにソフトウエア間の差異があるかを検証する。このために心電図同期心筋血流シンチの画像情報を利用する。

This is retrospective observational study.
The purpose is to varidate the difference and quality of the different ECG gated SPECT analysis softwares which are available now.
For this purpose, the image information of the ECG gated perfusion SPECT will be used.
