根治治療が不能と判断され、抗がん治療が行われている肺癌患者ならびに、COPDの患者

well enough to complete the questionnaire, thought to have a poor prognosis

主要評価項目はFACIT-Spのスコアを評価し、COPD患者と肺癌患者で検定比較する。副次評価項目として、年齢・性別・MRC息切れスケール・Mcgill QOLとスピリチュアルペインの関連を単変量および多変量解析を用いてそれぞれ解析する。

We evaluate the relation between the levels of spiritual well-being and the type of illness(lung cancer or COPD).
We use multiple logistic regression to investigate the relation between the spritual well-being and age/sex/dyspnea/QOL.
