目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
PET, MEG, MRI/fMRIといった非侵襲脳画像検査装置を併用して、1) Alzheimer病の発症を修飾するとされる「認知予備能」の実態を客観的に捉えて評価する方法を開発すると同時に、2) Alzheimer病の病態を反映する生物学的指標（脳の画像検査によるマーカーや、血液バイオマーカー等）を明らかにしていく

The objectives of this study that uses PET, MEG and MRI/fMRI are; 1) to visualize the "cognitive reserve" which influences the progression of Alzheimer's disease (AD),and 2) to establish surrogate markers for AD.

* 1)は20歳以上50歳未満。2)-5)は50歳以上90歳以下

* 1): aged over 20 and less than 50 yrs.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
認知症以外の明らかな神経疾患，精神疾患を認める
重篤な疾患（癌、心臓病）に罹患中
精神医学的徴候（うつ，幻覚，妄想など）を認める

Any significant disease such as cancer and heart disease
