目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
口唇裂・口蓋裂の出生前診断によって子どもの発達上のリスクを告知されたことが、告知後から生後1年半までの母親の心的状態や母子相互作用にどのような影響を及ぼすのか、また、母親の疾患理解の促進や養育の動機づけを高めるために、どのような支援が必要とされているのかを明らかにすることを目的とした探索的研究を行う。

The Aim of this research is to understand how do Neonatal diagnosis and notice about cleft lip and/or palate psychologically influence on mothers and mother-infant relationship, and what kinds of support will be needed for mothers deep understanding of cleft and motivating infant parenting.

10-15分程度の自由遊び場面のビデオ記録
評価は、情緒的利用可能性評定尺度の利用による

2)observation about mother-infant interaction for 10-15minites (evaluation will be used by emotional availability scale)

東北大学病院唇顎口蓋裂センターを受診し、CL/CP について出生前告知を受けた母親・患児およびCL/CP児出産後の母子にたいして調査同意を得た上で実施する。

出生前告知を受けた母親と乳児に対し、出生前告知後から生後1歳半までの母親・乳児の心理的状態および母子相互作用の変化についての前方視的調査を行う。

Prospective research will be conducted for mother and infant with cleft lip and/or palate after neonatal diagnosis and notice. The duration of the research will be the time from the time of the notice(before birth) to the time a infant will be the age of 18 month-old.
