1. リスペリドンを服薬中のDSM-IV-TRにて診断された統合失調症患者
2. 20歳以上50歳未満
3. 男性および女性
4. 同意能力があるもの
5. リスペリドンで単剤治療されているもの
6. ベンゾジアゼピン系薬物は使用可
<健常コントロール>
1. 精神・身体疾患のないもの
2. 20歳以上50歳未満
3. 男性および女性

1. Patients with schizophrenia diagnosed by DSM-IV-TR taking risperiodone
2. over 20 years old, less than 50 years old
3. male and female
4. Those who can read and understand informed consent of the protocol
5. Those who are treated by risperidone
6. Those who do not take benzadiazepines
<healthy control>
1. Those who do not have psychiatric/severe physical disease
2. over 20 years old, less than 50 years old
3. male and female

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 重篤な精神症状を有する患者
2. 他の精神疾患を有する患者
3. 脳器質性疾患を有する患者
4. 重篤な身体疾患がある患者
5. 妊娠中あるいは妊娠可能性のある患者
6. ペースメーカー、体内金属のある患者
7. 広場（閉所）恐怖のある患者
8. 刺青のある患者
9. その他、研究責任者、担当者が不適切と判断した患者

<健常コントロール>
1. 妊娠中あるいは妊娠可能性のある健常者
2. ペースメーカー、体内金属（脳クリップ等）のある健常者
3. 広場（閉所）恐怖のある健常者
4. 刺青のある健常者
5. その他、研究責任者、担当者が不適切と判断した健常者

2. Those who have other psychiatric disorder(s)
3. Those who have organic brain disease
4. Those who have severe physical disease
5. Those who pregnant or have a possibility of pregnancy

8. Those who have tatoo
9. Those who are considered as not eligible by principal investigator
