日本語
IgA腎症の治療に関しては未だ議論が多い。当院はIgA腎症の治療に独自の腎生検スコアを用いている。そこで当院のIgAスコアと治療内容を加味した長期腎予後の実態調査を行う。

Our aim is to investigate the treatment effect according to our IgA Nephropathy(IgA-N) score and prognosis of IgA-N diagnosed by renal biopsy and in Kurume University Hospital.

腎生検施行後2年後、４年後、観察終了時の3点における、eGFR、尿蛋白(1日尿蛋白量(g/日)もしくは尿蛋白/尿クレアチニン(g/gCr))、尿潜血、透析導入・死亡の有無

We checked eGFR, protein urin, microscopic hematuria, dialysis and death after 2 years and 4 years of renal biopsy, and at the end of the follow-up period.
