目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究では、EPA高含有魚油を投与した被験者の水泳時の運動能力への影響を酸素摂取量や乳酸値により評価し、EPAの水泳競技への効果を明らかにすることを目的とする。	The purpose of this study is investigating the effect of EPA-rich fish oil on exercise performance for oxygen uptake and blood lactate concentration during swimming.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	１．酸素摂取量 ２．血中乳酸濃度	1. Oxygen uptake 2. Blood lactate concentration
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	１．呼吸商 ２．泳記録 ３．血液検査（中性脂肪、遊離脂肪酸、ケトン、グルコース、尿素窒素、アルドラーゼ、乳酸脱水素酵素、クレアチニンキナーゼ、ミオグロビン、IL-6、TNF-α） ４．体組成（体重、体脂肪率、除脂肪量） ５．水泳前後の体表面温度 ６．疲労感に関する主観評価	1. Respiratory quotient 2. Swimming records 3. Blood test (triglyceride , free fatty acids, ketone, glucose, urea nitrogen, creatine kinase, myoglobin,IL-6, TNF-alpha) 4. Body composition (weight, body fat percentage, lean body mass) 5. Thermography before and after swimming 6. Visual analog scale for fatigue

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	・水泳実施者あるいは水泳経験者 ・健康であること	Swimmers or subjects with swimming experience, Healthy subjects
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	・試験期間中、手術の予定のある者 ・重篤な疾患を有する者 ・抗凝固剤を内服中の者 ・魚アレルギーのある者 ・研究責任者が本試験参加に適切でないと判断した者	Subjects scheduled for surgery during this study, Subjects with serious diseases, Subjects with administration of anticoagulants, Subjects with food allergies to fish, Subjects with any reason in the opinion of the lead principal investigator not to take part in this study
