介入1/Interventions/Control_1	現代食（バランスの悪い食事）（2096kcal；たんぱく質13.7%、脂質37.5%、炭水化物/食物繊維比15以上、ω3/脂質比0.04以下）を2週間摂取 ⇒ ウォッシュアウト、4週間 ⇒ 肥満改善提案食（バランスの良い食事）（2096kcal；たんぱく質22.3%、脂質20.8%、炭水化物/食物繊維比15以下、ω3/脂質比0.04以上）を2週間摂取	An unbalanced diet (2096kcal; Protein=13.7%, Fat=37.5%, Carbohydrate/dietary fiber ratio >=15, omega-3/fat ratio <=0.04), for 2 weeks -> Washout, for 4 weeks -> A well-balanced diet (2096kcal; Protein=22.3%, Fat=20.8%, Carbohydrate/dietary fiber ratio <=15, omega-3/fat ratio >=0.04), for 2 weeks

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	59 歳/years-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender	男/Male
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1) 日本人男性、年齢20歳以上59歳以下 2) 初期値のBMIが23 kg/m2以上 3) 本試験の目的・内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解した上で自発的に試験に参加を志願した者で、書面で本試験への参加に同意した者 4) 定められた方法で被験品の取り扱いを遵守できる者 5) 試験実施関係者に従うことが可能である者 6) 別途登録されている単回摂取試験に参加している者	1) Japanese male, Age >=20 and <=59 years 2) Body mass index >=23 kg/m2 3) Informed consent provided 4) Able to receive and cook experimental diet 5) Able to follow the instructions of the study team 6) Participated in a meal tolerance test
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1) 空腹時血糖値126 mg/dL以上、LDLコレステロール180 mg/dL以上、中性脂肪300 mg/dL以上、収縮期血圧160 mmHg以上 2) 1年間で体重変動が3kg以上の者 3) 重篤な全身性疾患、肝疾患、腎疾患に罹患している者 4) 交代勤務者・夜勤勤務者 5) 被験品または夕食に含まれる成分に関する食物アレルギーがある方、あるいは食物アレルギーが疑われる者（本人申告） 6) 極端な食事嫌いのある者（魚、肉等が食べられない等） 7) 試験開始前2か月間に体重の急激な減少などの体調不良があった者 8) 試験期間中に、普段以上の過激な運動や筋肉トレーニングなど体脂肪の低減に影響を与える運動を予定している者 9) その他、試験実施担当者、試験監督医が不適当と判断した者	1) Plasma glucose value >=126 mg/dL (7.0 mmol/L), LDL-cholesterol value >=180 mg/dL (4.65 mmol/L), Triglyceride value >=300 mg/dL (3.4 mmol/L), Systolic blood pressure >=160 mmHg 2) Weight change during past 1 year >=3 kg 3) Severe liver dysfunction or renal dysfunction 4) Shift worker and night-shift worker 5) Food allergy and suspected food allergy (Self-reported) 6) An unbalanced diet (not able to eat fish and meat) 7) Poor physical health such as rapid weight loss during past 2 months 8) Plan to lose weight through vigorous exercise and resistance training 9) Subjects judged by the investigator/project leader to be ineligible for other reasons
