目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	新たに開発された前額部深部体温計Spot onTMを用いて、周術期体温を前額部以外でモニタリングする。また食道温や鼓膜温、肺動脈温との温度差を比較し、その有用性を検討する。	Recently, equipment used for deep temperature monitoring has been improved with release of a new instrument (Spot OnTM; 3M, St. Paul, MN). We therefore evaluated the temperature data obtained from other than the forehead in comparison with esophageal, tympanic and pulmonary artery temperatures during general anesthesia.

その他関連情報/Other related information	非心臓手術症例においては全身麻酔導入後，食道温と鼓膜温のモニタリングを準備した上で，前額部以外（頸部、前胸部など）に深部体温計Spot onTMを貼付する．それぞれから得られる数値を手術終了まで記録し，差の有無を確認し統計学的検討を加える。心臓大血管手術症例（肺動脈カテーテル挿入症例に限定する）においては全身麻酔導入後，食道温と鼓膜温、肺動脈温のモニタリングを準備した上で，前額部以外（頸部、前胸部など）に深部体温計Spot onTMを貼付する．それぞれから得られる数値を手術終了まで記録し，差の有無を確認し統計学的検討を加える。	In casese of non cardicac operations,after induction of general anesthesia,we set deep body teperature monitor except forehead (ex.neck or chest) and measure esophageal,tympanic temperature. In casese of cardicac operations,after induction of general anesthesia,we set deep body teperature monitor except forehead (ex.neck or chest) and measure esophageal,tympanic,pulmonary artery temperature. The temperature data were collected and statistically analyzed.
