主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes 非乳頭部十二指腸腺腫性病変におけるクリスタルバイオレット染色併用拡大内視鏡検査の異型度診断（低異型度腺腫か高異型度腺腫/癌か）の精度 The accuracy of the differential diagnosis of sporadic nonampullary duodenal adenoma/carcinoma by magnifying endoscopy with crystal violet staining (low-grade dysplasia or high-grade dysplasia/carcinoma)
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes 非乳頭部十二指腸腺腫性病変におけるクリスタルバイオレット染色併用拡大内視鏡検査の異型度診断（低異型度腺腫か高異型度腺腫/癌か）の感度・特異度・陽性的中率・陰性的中率および患者背景・病変情報との関連 The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of the differential diagnosis of sporadic nonampullary duodenal adenoma/carcinoma by magnifying endoscopy with crystal violet staining (low-grade dysplasia or high-grade dysplasia/carcinoma) and the relationship between these and patients background or lesions information

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria 非乳頭部十二指腸腺腫性病変を内視鏡的に切除し最終病理診断で確定を得た症例 Patients who underwent endoscopic resection of nonampurally duodenal lesions and confirmed diagnosis of adenoma/carcinoma with pathological diagnosis
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria ポリポーシス症候群症例および担当医師が不適と判断した症例 Patients with polyposis syndrome or evaluated incompetent by doctors in attendance

主な結果/Results クリスタルバイオレット散布下拡大観察は、NBI併用拡大内視鏡観察と比して、非乳頭部十二指腸上皮性腫瘍の異型度評価において（HGD/IMC診断能）、追加効果をもたらさなかった。 CV-ME does not have additional diagnostic value compared with NBI-ME in the diagnosis of sporadic nonampullary duodenal adenoma/carcinoma.
