目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
血栓症リスク患者に対して、抗血小板薬内服継続下または抗凝固薬・ヘパリン置換法下に大腸ESDを行い、ESD後潰瘍にPGAフェルト+フィブリン糊被覆法を施行し、抗血栓薬継続下ESDの安全性及び後出血予防としてのPGAフェルト＋フィブリン糊被覆法の有用性を検討する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.抗血栓療法を必要とし、術前内視鏡診断にて内視鏡的切除の適応病変と診断された早期大腸癌および大腸腺腫
2.CT、エコーなどの画像診断で臨床的に転移がない早期大腸癌
3.同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の男女で、本人から文書による同意が得られている患者

1.Early colon cancer or adenoma with adaptation lesions of ESD in the patients on antithrombotic therapy.
2.There is no significant metastasis clinically.
3.The patients who have given written informed consent to this study, and age at the time of the agreement acquisition is 20 years or older.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.活動性の重複癌を有する。ただし、内視鏡治療で根治可能な上皮内癌または粘膜内癌は適格とする。
2.重篤な肝障害,心疾患（心筋梗塞、狭心症、うっ血性心不全等）,腎障害を合併する者
3.重篤な感染症を有する。
4.妊娠中または妊娠の可能性がある女性。授乳中である女性。
5.重篤な出血やショック状態にある患者。
6.出血傾向のある患者。
7.他の治験に参加中の患者もしくは終了後3ヶ月以上経過していない患者。
8.その他、研究責任医師/分担医師が被験者として不適当と判断した患者。

1. Patient who have double cancer
(The cancer in situ or intramucosal carcinoma which can be cured completely by endoscopy operation, that is proper.)
2. Severe hepatic disorder, heart disease (myocardial infarction, angina, congestive heart failure, etc.), renal dysfunction
3. The patient who have severe infection.
4. Pregnant woman or with the possibility. The woman who is lactation period.
5. Severe bleeding or shock state

6. Patients with bleeding tendency.
7. Patients not elapsed patients or more than three months after the end of participating in another clinical trial.
8. Those who are considered to be inappropriate for this study by doctors.
