1.原発性肺癌で肺葉切除が予定されている
2.術前の胸部造影CTで肺静脈血栓が認められない
3.同意取得時に20歳以上の男女
4.明らかな脳梗塞の既往がない
5.本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られている
6.心房細動のないもの
7.術前導入療法の行っていないもの

2.not ditected the pulmonary venous thrombosis on the enhanced CT before the operation
3.adult male and female 20 years and over
4.no past history of the cerebral infarction
5.informed consent
6.without atrium fiblliration
7.not received indution therapy

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

2.血液透析を受けていない慢性腎不全　eGFR 45ml/min/1.73m2未満
3.術前導入療法を受けたもの
