・ASA　PS　Ⅰ-Ⅲ
・20歳から85歳
・患者本人の自由意志による文書同意がえられている患者
・胸腔鏡下肺切除術（ただし、左上大区域切除と左舌区域切除を含むを予定している

Aged from twenty to eighty five
Obtaning informed patient consent
VATS lobectomy including left segmentectomy

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・手術予定と同側の開胸歴がある患者
・結核の既往などにより胸腔内の癒着が予想される患者
・胸壁、胸腔内に放射線治療歴がある患者
・局所麻酔薬あるいは麻薬に対してアレルギーの既往がある患者
・妊娠中または妊娠の可能性がある患者
・精神病または精神症状を合併している患者
・全身性感染症、刺入予定部感染を有する患者

ICB群がPVB群と比較して非劣勢であるとは言えなかった。ICBをはPVBが施行できない場合の代替鎮痛法として検討したほうがよい。

Our results could not clearly establish noninferiority of ICB to PVB. Improvements in ICB may be necessary for it to be used as an alternative method to PVB.
