心室性不整脈患者で星状神経節光線療法が心室性不整脈を抑制することを明らかにする

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

健常人：安静時12誘導心電図で異常がなく、明らかな既往歴がないもの


患者：
1) ICD植え込みされていない患者：薬物療法抵抗性の心室性不整脈を頻回に繰り返すストーム状態の患者。全身状態が不良でカテーテル焼灼術が施行できない場合、あるいはカテーテル焼灼術が無効であった場合。
2 ) ICD植え込み後の患者：心室性不整脈発作のためICD頻回作動の患者で、カテーテル焼灼術が施行できない、あるいは無効であった場合。

Healthy population:
One with normal 12 lead ECG and without any previous medical history.

Patients:
1) Without ICD; patients with drug refractory VA and in a condition of electrical storm. Patients with VA and he/she could not undergo catheter ablation due to poor general status, or patients with VA in whom CA was not effective.
2) With ICD; patients with frequent ICD therapies for VA and he/she could not undergo CA or CA was not effective.
