　本調査は毎年年末時点での透析患者の治療状況の調査と生存死亡、合併症発症などの予後調査を行う。これらのアウトカム指標を利用して、適切な治療条件に関する解析を主に行う。
　本調査に自分が含まれているかどうかは、前年度の年末時点で透析治療を受けていた施設に問い合わせることで確認できる。

The current study is performed annually to collect data about therapeutic prescriptions of dialysis and outcome parameters such as dead/alive and other major complications. Using these parameters we mainly analyze what kind of practice patterns are favorable to get good results.
If you are a dialysis patient and want to know whether you had been registered to the registry, you can see it in the dialysis facility where you were treated at the end of the previous year.
