目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
植込型補助人工心臓装着術を施行された患者を対象とし、術前、術後直後、術後遠隔期における各種血液凝固因子を測定することで、本患者群における血液凝固因子の動態を明らかにすることを目的とする。さらに、血液凝固第XIII因子濃縮製剤投与群と非投与群を比較することで、血液凝固第XIII因子濃縮製剤における周術期投与の有用性を明らかにすることを目的とする。

治療群においては、血液凝固第XIII因子製剤（フィブロガミンP 240U/V） 5Vを帰室時、帰室後24時間、48時間の計3回投与を行う。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
拡張型心筋症、虚血性心筋症や拡張型心筋症の病態を呈している拡張相肥大型心筋症、心筋炎後心筋症などの心筋症による末期重症心不全患者で、薬物療法や体外式補助人工心臓等による他の循環補助法では治療が困難であり、植込型補助人工心臓装着術を施行予定の患者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

血液凝固因子第ⅩⅢ因子濃縮製剤に過敏症の既往歴がある患者
その他の血液製剤に過敏症の既往歴がある患者
