研究デザイン:観察研究

対象者の募集方法：2015年3月以降に当施設を受診した患者で選択基準に合致した全員

測定項目：
複数の超音波探触子の当て方における同一個体間での腰神経叢深度、視認性、輝度（腰神経叢/大腰筋）
副次項目として、各ブロック法における針や局所麻酔薬、カテーテルの視認性、ブロックの有効性や副作用

Ultrasound visibility of the lumbar paravertebral structures, needle, deposited local anesthetics, and inserted catheter were assessed by independent observers using a 4-point Likert scale and by a luminance analysis software; Image J (National Institute of Health).
