選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
１） 内因性インスリンが著しく低下し，インスリン治療を必要とする
２） 糖尿病専門医の治療努力によっても，血糖コントロールが困難
３） 原則として75歳以下
４） 膵臓移植，膵島移植につき説明し，膵島移植に関して，本人，家族，主治医の同意が得られている．
５） 発症５年以上経過していること

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１） 重度の心疾患，肝疾患（心移植または肝移植と同時に行う場合には考慮する）
２） アルコール中毒
３） 感染症
４） 悪性腫瘍（5年以内に既往がないこと）
５） 重症肥満（BMI　25kg/m2以上）
６） 未処置の網膜症（ただし失明例は除く）
７） その他移植に適さないもの(生命の危機状況等）
