切除面から皮質脊髄路までの3次元的距離の測定
術翌日、4週間後、12週間後の運動機能評価　上下肢　MMT　0～5

Measurement of three-dimensional distance from the cutting surface to the corticospinal tract.
Motor function evaluation of the upper and lower extremities, next day, 4weeks and 12 weeks after operation by Manual Muscle Testing.

大脳実質内に悪性神経膠腫の疑いがある
皮質脊髄温存が可能と考えられる

There is a suspicion of a malignant glioma in the brain parenchyma
It thought possible corticospinal truct sparing

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
6ヵ月以内に死亡する可能性が高いと判断した患者
脳以外の悪性腫瘍の既往又は併発している患者
妊娠、授乳婦である患者

Patient it is determined that there is likely to die within 6 months
Patients who have a history or complications of malignant tumors other than brain
Patient pregnancy, is a breast-feeding women
