高齢がん患者と家族が、これまでの家族として関わり合ってきた体験を共に振り返る援助をする。
患者と家族に対し約1週間ごと3回援助する。

・がんの診断・告知を受け、在宅療養の支援を受け る75歳以上の者
・同居、別居にかかわらず、①の参加者が家族と捉え、療養を支える者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・患者、家族のいずれかが明確にがんの告知を受けていない場合
・患者、家族のいずれかが抑うつやストレス状況などの心理的問題や、身体的理由で体力的に面接や他者との会話に心身が耐えられないと主治医が判断した場合
・患者、家族のいずれかに重度の認知機能の障害がある場合

参加者背景/Baseline Characteristics

在宅で療養する75歳以上のがん患者と家族を対象にした。

We targeted cancer patients over 75 years old and their families who were home-based.

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

22組の紹介を受けたが、研究に承諾したのは5組であった。5組のうち4組に介入「Memory Sharing」を行い、介入前、介入1週間後、介入1か月後に調査を行った。患者の病状の悪化のため、すべての介入、調査を行ったのは1組であった。

We received 22 pairs by clinic, and 5 gave consent . Intervention "Memory Sharing" was performed on 4 out of 5 sets. Were collected data before the intervention, one week after, and one month after . All interventions and surveys were conducted on one pair because of the deterioration of the patient's condition.
