選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.北海道情報大学健康情報科学研究センターですでに実施している試験に参加したボランティア
2.本試験の参加について文書にて同意を得た者

1. Volunteers who participated in the clinical trials carried out in the our research center
2. Subjects who agree to participate in the current study with a written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.病気などが原因で食事指導を受けている方
2.重篤な脳血管疾患、心疾患、肝疾患、腎疾患、消化器疾患、届出が必要な感染症などに罹患している方
3.胃切除、胃腸縫合術、腸管切除など消化器系に大きな手術歴のある方
4.高度の貧血のある方
5.薬物または食品に対しアレルギー症状を示す方、および恐れのある方
6.医薬品を常用している方
7.摂取開始前4週間以内に献血または2週間以内に成分献血を行った方
8.他の臨床試験に現在参加しているか、あるいは1カ月以内に参加していた方
9.その他、試験責任医師が不適格であると判断した方

1. Subjects who received dietary advice due to disease.
2. Subjects with serious cerebrovascular, cardiac, hepatic, renal, and / or gastrointestinal diseases, or affected with an infectious disease which is required to report to the authorities
3.Subjects who have a major surgical history related to digestive system such as gastrectomy, gastrorrhaphy, enterectomy, etc.
4. Subjects with serious anemia
5. Subjects who are at risk of having allergic reactions to drugs or foods
6. Subjects regularly take medicine
7. Subjects who donate whole blood within 4 weeks or blood components within 2 weeks prior to this study.
8. Subjects who participate in other clinical trials within the last one month prior to the current clinical trial
9. Any other medical reasons judged by the the principal investigator
