介入の目的/Purpose of intervention

術前に1回、術後は術後1日目から7日目まで連日、心電図の記録を行うことを基本とする。その後は、退院時まで2日から3日間隔で測定を行う。測定場所はベッド上で、患者の体位は仰臥位とする。Afの発症の有無は退院時までとする。

英語
ECG data is recorded in preoperative period once in supine position for fifteen minutes. In postoperative period, its recording continues from postoperative day 1 to postoperative day 7. After that, the recording performs at two or three day intervals until the patients discharge.

心疾患および大動脈瘤疾患に対して外科手術を行う入院患者。

The patients who performed operation for cardiovascular disease.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
緊急入院を要する患者。
植え込みペースメーカー装着患者。
基礎疾患にAfを認める患者。
術前から期外収縮などの不整脈が頻発する患者。
透析患者。
補助人工心臓植込み患者。
認知症または対象者自身の意思決定が不可能な患者。
