本研究の目的は、妊娠経過の順調な母親から経膣分娩にて出生した、母乳育児を行なう予定である正期産児のDCC群とECC群をRCTにより比較し、児の4か月後の貧血の影響を検証することである。

母乳育児を行なう予定の、正期産、単胎頭位、経膣分娩が可能で分娩に至ると考えられる母児。

Mother and neonates who is expected term singleton vaginal delivery and willing breast feeding.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
妊娠中の喫煙、母体合併症、胎児合併症があるもの及び、緊急帝王切開となったもの、別の高次医療機関に搬送となったもの（児娩出直前に深刻な胎児ジストレスがあり、蘇生が必要と考えられるもの）、日本語の読み書きができない女性、4ヶ月後の来院が可能でない女性

smoking during pregnancy, maternal complications, fetal complications, emergency caesarean section, transfer to highly medical care, severe distress needs resuscitation, unable to read Japanese, impossible to return the hospital at four months of age.
