主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes
日本語
肺および縦隔悪性腫瘍に対する気管支動脈塞栓術の安全性および腫瘍縮小効果を検討する。安全性は治療後、１週間以内の脊髄麻痺、食道の炎症、気管支の炎症の有無を理学的および画像上で確認する。腫瘍縮小効果は治療前と治療後1か月前後でCT,MRI,PETを比較し、腫瘍縮小を評価する。

Safety and anti-tumor effect of bronchial artery embolization for lung and mediastinal tumor are examined.Safety is checked by physical and radiological findings of spinal palsy, esophageal inflammation, and bronchial inflammation, within one week after the treatment. Anti-tumor effect is checked by CT, MRI, and FDG-PET for decreasing tumor around one month after the treatment.

通常は炎症による気管支出血に対して行われNBCAを用いた気管支動脈塞栓術を、肺および縦隔悪性腫瘍を縮小させるために行う。

Bronchial aretery embolization using NBCA, which is usually used for airway bleeding caused by inflammatory lesion, is used for reducing malignant lung and mediastinal tumor.
