2015年5月12日から2023年12月31日の登録期間において、ダブルバルーン内視鏡検査の際に，最大6個の腸管粘膜生検、粘膜擦過、腸液吸引を行う。

During the registration period from May 12, 2015, to March 31, 2023, the patients undergo a maximum of six intestinal mucosal biopsies, mucosal scrapes, and aspiration of intestinal juice at the double-balloon endoscopic examination.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
・小腸病変を有するクローン病患者またはそれ以外の小腸疾患の精査のためダブルバルーン内視鏡を必要とする患者
・本人からインフォームド・コンセントを受けることができる患者

Patients with small intestinal Crohn's disease or the other small intestinal diseases requiring double-balloon endoscopy with written informed consent
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
・全身状態が著しく不良の患者：急性腹症，イレウス，腸管穿孔，膵炎，呼吸器疾患，循環器疾患，後天性血友病，大きな潰瘍・腫瘍のため，内視鏡検査を行うことの危険性が有用性を上まわる患者
・重篤な急性炎症のある患者
・血液凝固異常のある患者
・妊娠中，授乳中の患者
・抗血栓薬服用中もしくは休薬が不十分な患者
・クエン酸マグネシウムまたはニフレックの使用禁忌例（経肛門的アプローチの場合に限る）
・その他，担当医師が不適当と判断した患者

Patients under poor conditions as follows: acute abdomen, ileus, bowel perforation, pancreatitis, respiratory disease, heart disease, hemophilia, patients with too large intestinal ulcers or tumors
Patients with acute severe inflammation
Patients with abnormal coagulopathy
Pregnant patients or patients during breast feeding
Contraindication of bowel cleansing agent
Patients who are considered inappropriate
