卵巣調整刺激後、経腟超音波ガイド下に採卵を施行し、未受精卵子の凍結保存を行う。
・期間：通常の排卵誘発期間
・薬剤投与量：個人により異なる
・回数：1～2回の採卵

After controlled ovarian stimulation, oocytes are retrieved by ultrasound-guided transvaginal aspiration and cryopreserved
Period: routine ovarian stimulation
Desage of medicine: different among indibidials
Number of times: 1-2 times of oocyte pick up
