本試験の目的は、治療に難渋する難治性Clostridium difficile関連下痢症・腸炎患者に対する治療選択肢としてfecal microbiota transplantation (FMT)を提供することである。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

① 本試験の対象者（レシピエント）はCD toxin陽性の難治性Clostridium difficile関連下痢症・腸炎患者とする。
② 難治性の定義は一剤の抗菌剤治療による治療にて抵抗性を示すものとする。
③ レシピエントとドナーのスクリーニング検査の結果、適格と判断されたもの。

(2) Refractory to at least single antibiotic treatment
(3) Eligible as a result of screening tests

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
① 適切なドナーが得られないもの
② 化学療法やHIVウイルス感染、プレドニゾロン投与中などで免疫抑制状態が予測される場合
③ 妊婦
④ 難治性Clostridium difficile関連下痢症・腸炎以外の目的の抗生剤投与
⑤ 未成年者
⑥ 大腸内視鏡検査が施行不能と判断したもの
⑦ その他、医師が不適と判断した場合

(1) Unable to find appropriate donor
(2) Immunosuppressive state including chemotherapy, HIV infection and prednisolone administration
(3) Pregnancy
(4) Antibiotic treatment other than refractory Clostridium difficile infection
(5) Age under 20 years old
(6) Unable to undergo colonoscopy
(7) The attending physician determines that the subject is unsuitable for this study
