平行法肋間横行アプローチによる超音波ガイド傍脊椎ブロックにおいて、肋間筋と傍脊椎腔の間にブロック成功の指標となるに十分な圧差があることを証明し、穿刺時に圧測定を行うことの有用性を証明すること

患者自身から文書による同意が得られなかった場合

研究に関与しない麻酔科医によって穿刺針先端が保存されたエコー画像上測定時に適切に肋間筋内あるいは傍脊椎腔に位置していないと判断された場合

本研究は2016年2月15日から2017年3月31日の期間に大阪大学医学部附属病院で全身麻酔下に胸部または腹部の手術を受ける患者で条件に該当する全ての者を対象とする。グループ分けは行わない。傍脊椎ブロックを施行する際にブロック針の先端位置が肋間筋から傍脊椎腔に進入した際の針先端圧の変化を調査する前向き観察研究である。

This study includes all the patients undergoing thoracic or abdominal surgery under general anesthesia in Osaka University Hospital between 15th Feb 2016 and 31th Mar 2017 who fit for the study criteria. There is no group division. This is a prospective observational study which is aimed to reveal the change of the needle tip pressure when it is advanced to paravertebral space from intercostal muscle in performing thoracic paravertebral block.
