1.化学療法を受けるがん患者のQOLに影響を及ぼす、食事や栄養に関連した要因を探索すること。
2.患者のニーズに応じた栄養相談の介入を実施し、介入前後のQOLを比較して、栄養サポートの効果を検証すること。

(1) 頭頸部がん、食道がん、胃がん、大腸がん、肺がんのいずれかの診断が告知されていること
(2) 外来化学療法の実施患者
(3) 調査に耐えうる身体状況であること
(4) 日本語の説明書を読み,質問用紙に回答できること
(5) 重篤な認知障害や精神障害がないこと

1)Who has been notify a diagnosis head and neck cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer and breast cancer.
2)Who has chemotherapy as an outpatient.
3)Who has physical status to acceptable examination.
4)Who can understand Japanese and provide answers for questions.
5)Who don't have serious cognition

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

介入および質問紙に耐えられない身体・精神・認知機能の状態と主治医が判断した患者

The primary physician estimate that who cannot participate in the intervention or answer the questionnaire because of his/her physical, mental, or cognitive function.
