目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
頚部椎間関節痛を有する患者に、脊髄神経後枝内側枝の高周波熱凝固術を行い、全身性のサイトカインを測定する。これにより慢性痛に全身性サイトカインが関与していること、治療によりサイトカインが減少し、痛みの悪循環が断ち切られることの証明を目的とする。

The patients who have cervical facet pain are treated by he radiofrequency cervical facet rhizotomy. This study is aim to prove whether the systemic cytokines are involved in chronic pain and change by the treatment.

2016年３月２日以降に当科で頚部脊髄神経後枝内側枝に対する高周波熱凝固術を受けた患者で選択基準を満たした全員を対象として、治療前後のペインスコアと全身性サイトカイン濃度の変化を記録。治療効果とサイトカインの変化の関連をみる。
