北海道大学病院消化器内科に通院又は入院中で上部内視鏡検査を受け、H. pylori胃炎診断をし、生検を実施する患者を対象とする。
①同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上の者
②レーザー内視鏡システムを使用したLCI観察がなされる者

The patients who hope endoscopic diagnosis of H. pylori-induced gastritis including gastric biopsy in Hokkaido University Hospital are included.
1. the patients who are 20 years or older at the agreement acquisition
2. the patients receive endoscopy using LCI

胃粘膜生検を用いる探索的前向き研究
北海道大学病院消化器内科に通院又は入院中で上部内視鏡検査を受け、H. pylori胃炎診断を希望する患者を対象とする。
研究デザイン: 横断研究
対象者の募集方法：2016年3月から2017年8月までに当施設を受診した患者で選択基準に合致した全員）
測定する項目等：内視鏡画像（白色光画像、LCI画像）、H. pylori感染診断：尿素呼気試験、H. pylori血清抗体、胃粘膜生検：胃炎診断用の前庭部と体部から計２片採取、ただしLCI画像で腸上皮化生を疑う所見を有する場合は腸上皮化生部と非化生部にわけて追加採取する

Prospective study using gastric biopsy specimen.
The patients who receive upper endoscopy including H. pylori infection status.
Cross sectional method, all the patients who meet our criteria between March 2016 and August 2017.
Measurement:endoscopic images(white light and LCI), H. pylori tests, biopsies.
