選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 病理学的診断が得られている(細胞診、組織診いずれでも可)切除不能悪性中下部胆道狭窄症例
2. ECOG(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) performance status 0-3
3. 試験参加について、十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

1. patinets with unresectable malignant distal biliary stenosis with histological evidence
2. ECOG(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) performance status 0-3
3. Written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 胆道ドレナージによりコントロール不能な黄疸や胆管炎を有する症例
2. 他臓器に重篤な合併症を有する症例：ASA分類の3以上（透析患者も除く）
3. ECOG performance status 4
4. 全身状態不良で、生命予後が３ヶ月未満と判断される場合
5. リンパ節腫脹により肝門部狭窄が併存している症例
6. 外科的胆道再建術の既往がある症例

1. Inability to expect efficacy of biliary drainage
2. severe failure of the other organs: ASA classification of 3 or more
3. ECOG performance status 4
4. poor prognosis of 3 months or less
5. complication with hilar stenosis due to lymph node metastasis
6. post-surgical reconstruction of bile duct

研究デザイン：コホート研究

対象者の募集方法：2016年2月から2017年12月までに対象施設を受診した患者で選択基準に合致した全員

非切除悪性中下部胆管狭窄による閉塞性黄疸症例に対する胆道ドレナージにおける、新規低axial force SEMSの成績について多施設共同前向き試験を行い検討する。

Patients: All consective patients with inclusion criteria in February, 2016-December, 2017.
