①右室流出路起源心室頻拍・心室期外収縮に対してアブレーションを行う症例、②アブレーション実施症例で輪状カテーテル（20極、Lassoカテーテル）の使用が有用と考えられる症例を対象とする。なお、輪状カテーテル（20極、Lassoカテーテル）は、心房細動に対するカテーテルアブレーション（肺静脈隔離術）に際して、頻用されている。

主な結果/Results

日本語
同意が得られた流出路起源心室性不整脈11例のうちアブレーションを行った9例において検討した。内訳は、心室頻拍（VT）/ 非持続性心室頻拍（NSVT） 4例（うち2例は失神を伴っていた）、心室期外収縮（PVC） 5例であった。
20極輪状カテーテル（Lasso）による肺動脈電位（PAP）検出率は67%（6/9）であり、PAP波高は0.56 ± 0.27 mV (n = 6) だった。しかし、Lassoからペーシング捕捉し得たのは1例のみだった（17％、1/6；11％、1/9）。
