A) dysplasia（low/high grade）およびcancerを疑われた患者
B) dysplasia（low/high grade）およびcancerを指摘され治療予定の患者

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. UC寛解期である患者
2. UC患者と診断され当院に１年以内に外来受診をしている患者
3. UCサーベイランスとして下部消化管内視鏡検査を施行したことがある患者
4. 下部消化管内視鏡検査上も寛解期（Mayo score<2）の患者
5. dysplasia（low/high grade）およびcancerを疑われたあるいは治療予定の患者
6. 同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上の患者
7. 本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者
8. 外来患者

1.Patients with ulcerative colitis(UC) in clinical remission.
2.Patients visits within a year.
3.Patients who have underwent colonoscopy as UC surveillance.
4.Patients with UC in remission (Mayo score <2)
5.Patients had dysplasia or/and cancer.
6.Patient age is 20 years of age
7.Patients with informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. UCの外科的手術を受けた既往のある患者
2. 妊娠中あるいは妊娠の可能性がある女性
3. 授乳中の女性
4. 研究薬の投与開始前3ヶ月以内に他の研究薬または治験薬の投与
　 を受けた患者
5. その他、研究責任者、研究分担者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者

1.Patients with a history that has received the surgical operation of UC.
2.Pregnant patients.
3.Patients who are breast-feeding.
4.Patients who have been the administration of the other study drug or investigational drugs within three months before the start of the administration of the study drug.
5.Patients has determined that inappropriate by principal investigator.
