目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	ウォーキングによるリラックス効果に着目し、その前後の唾液中コルチゾール濃度と感情尺度の変化に関して、調査を実施した。	In this study, focusing on the effect of walking on relaxation, we compared levels of stress hormones and emotional scores obtained before and after walking.

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	研究協力に同意を得た健常な地域住民を被験者とし、全行程約7kmの2種類のコースのウォーキングを実施させた。	After giving their informed consent, local residents participated in two walking programs, each for a distance of approximately 7 km.
