皮膚科医師の問診と皮疹評価により皮膚トラブルを頻繁に起こす乳幼児とほとんど起こさない乳幼児を分類し、その後に角層と便の成分分析を行う。

Screen subjects from each group of skin trouble-susceptible infants and non-susceptible infants based on medical questionnaire and diagnosis. Then, perform composition analysis of stratum corneum and feces of them.

・紙おむつを使用している乳幼児
・皮膚以外に疾患のない健常な乳幼児
・皮膚トラブルを起こし易い乳幼児と起こし難い乳幼児

-Infant with use of disposable diaper.
-Healthy infant without any disorder outside of skin.
-Both infants likely to develop skin trouble and infants unlikely to develop skin trouble.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・慢性の病気を有する乳幼児
・治療を要する重篤な皮膚症状を有する乳幼児　
・感染性の疾患に罹患している乳幼児
・試験担当医師が試験参加者として不適当と判断した乳幼児

-Infants with chronic disorder.
-Infants with serious skin symptom requiring treatment.
-Infants with infectious disorder.
-Infants deemed inappropriate to participate in this study by the physician-in-charge.

皮膚トラブルを起こし易い乳幼児と皮膚トラブルを起こしにくい乳幼児を30名ずつ（計60名）募集する。
