目的/Objectives

日本語
乳幼児、小児から成人の全身麻酔前に、通常の術前絶飲絶食を行い、Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis(BIA)法を用いて、被健者の体水分量や蛋白質量、筋肉量、グリコーゲン量、体脂肪量などを測定するとともに、血液中の代謝の指標として、ケトン体、血糖、遊離脂肪酸、レチノール結合蛋白、レプチン等を測定し、各年齢層における従来の術前絶飲絶食が糖脂質代謝へ与える影響および問題点を解明する。

During the perioperative periods in the infants, children and adults, the standard preoperative fasting is performed. Then, the body components(total body water, protein mass and muscle mass, glycogen and body fat content, etc.) are measured using Bioelectrial Impedance Analysis(BIA) method, as well as serum metabolic parameters (ketone bodies, blood glucose, free fatty acid, retinol binding protein, leptin, etc.). The difference of preoperative fasting to glycolipid metabolism in each age group will be clarified.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

血液中の代謝の指標（ケトン体、血糖、遊離脂肪酸、レチノール結合蛋白、レプチン等）を、各年齢別に比較する。
