目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
　H28年4月診療報酬改定に伴い、腎細胞癌に対する腹腔鏡下腎悪性腫瘍手術（内視鏡手術用支援機器を用いるもの）が認可された。施設基準として当該療養について10例以上の経験を有する常勤の医師が配置されていることが求められたため、当院で診療報酬請求が可能となるまでの10例を校費で施行する

In the medical fee revision at 2016 April, laparoscopic surgery for renal malignant tumor (using supportive equipment for endoscopic surgery) was approved. Because full-time physician with the medical treatment of the experience more than 10 cases of as facility criterion is required, we perform the Da Vinci partial nephrectomy of 10 cases in our school expenses.

cT1, cN0, cM0の腎癌と診断された患者
同意を文書で得られた患者

Patients diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma cT1a, cN0, cM0.
Patients obtained the consent in writing.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
同側の腎部分切除術の前治療歴を有する患者
全身麻酔が困難な心臓もしくは呼吸不全を有する患者
重度の腎機能障害を有する患者
担当医師が対象者として不適当と判断した患者

英語
Patients with a previous treatment of ipsilateral partial nephrectomy.
Patients with severe heart or respiratory failure.
Patients with severe renal dysfunction.
Patients who physician has determined to be ineligible.
