　本研究の目的は、発達障害および不適切な養育による精神的変調を早期発見するために新たに開発したスクリーニング・ツールの1歳６カ月児用および2歳児用のうち、子どもに検査者が行う検査の部分に関する評価者間信頼性を求めることである。

主な結果/Results

発達障害と不適切な育児による精神的変調を乳幼児期にシステマティックにスクリーニングするための包括的なスクリーニング・ツールを開発し、1歳６カ月児用および2歳児用のうち子どもに検査者が行う検査の部分（以下、それぞれ「検査１」「検査２」とする）に関する評価者間信頼性を求めた。本ツールの検査法について所定の研修を受けた2名の検査者が、同一の子どもを対象として1時間ほどの間隔をあけて検査を実施した。検査１は25名、検査２は32名に対して検査を実施し、各項目に対するκ係数の算出を終えた。

A new screening tool was developed to systematically screen children with either neurodevelopmental disorders or mental disorders by maltreatment, and inter-rater reliability of some items of the tool was investigated. 25 children participated in the test for 18-month-old children, and 32 in the test for 2-year-old children. Two raters independently tested the children at an hour interval and calculated kappa for each item.
