全身麻酔の施行前に術前検査を行っている。但し、必要以上の検査は保険適応外である。例えば小児外科手術時の梅毒検査は保険適応外になる場合がある。今回当院の梅毒検査を行った症例について梅毒検査の有病率を調査した。

2013年1月から2015年12月までの過去3年間に手術を受けた63139名の年齢別梅毒の有病率を後ろ向きに調査した。検出方法として脂質抗原法（STS）を用いた。
