本研究の目的は、磁気共鳴スペクトロメトリー（MRS）の異なる撮像シーケンス手法（SPECIALおよびMEGA-PRESS）の脳内神経伝達物質測定における有効性を健常ボランティアで明らかにする事である。

①脳器質疾患（頭部外傷、明らかな脳梗塞の既往、パーキンソン病や類縁疾患等を含む）を合併している者。
②物質関連障害（薬物依存等）を合併している者。
③重篤な疾患の合併症を有する者、あるいはこれらの既往があり研究者等である医師が本研究の対象として不適当と判断した者。
④ペースメーカー、体内金属（脳クリップ、ボルト等）がある者。
⑤刺青（タトゥーやアートメイクも含む）がある者。
⑥閉所恐怖症が強い者。
⑦妊娠中もしくは妊娠している可能性がある患者および授乳中の者。
⑧その他、研究者等である医師が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者。
