1)発作性心房細動である患者
2)本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

1)Patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation
2)Patients who received sufficient explanation, understood it and gave written consent based on their free will, before participating in this study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)心房粗動や発作性上室性頻拍を合併し、肺静脈隔離術以外の治療を予定している患者
2) 非代償性心不全、ペースメーカー植え込み後、重度僧帽弁閉鎖不全あるいは狭窄の患者
3)透析患者
4)その他、研究責任者が被験者として不適当と判断した患者

1)Patients who undergo the treatment other than pulmonary vein isolation, complicated with atrial flutter or paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia
2)Patients with severe mitral regurgitation or mitral stenosis after pacemaker implantation
3)Hemodialysis patients
4)Patients who are judged inappropriate by the principal investigator
