目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	頭蓋内電極を用いた低頻度大脳電気刺激法による反応をもとに、てんかん病態下の脳内ネットワーク機構と機能可塑性を解明する	The aim of this study is to elucidate the human brain network and functional plasticity in patients with epilepsy by means of cortico-cortical evoked potentials (CCEPs) using intracranial electrodes.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	大脳皮質・白質の低頻度電気刺激により、近接および遠隔領域の頭蓋内電極からcortico-cortical propagation（皮質－皮質間伝播）もしくはsubcortico-cortical propagation（皮質下－皮質間伝播）と判断される短潜時皮質誘発電位・刺激誘発性広域周波数脳活動（広域周波数帯域におよぶ電位とパワー量、時間的情報などのパラメータを持ったデータ）。	Cortico-cortical evoked potentials (CCEPs), subcortico-cortical evoked potentials (SCEPs), and stimulus-induced wide-band brain activities recorded from intracranial electrodes elicited by single pulse electrical stimuli to the cerebral cortex and white matter.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	脳内深部電極と同時に微小電極記録を行う場合、その電気的活動も同時に計測。	Activities recorded from microelectrodes in case of simultaneous intracranial macroelectrodes and microelectrode recording.

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	安全性が確立している範疇のパラメータを用いて、電気刺激を様々な状況で、頭蓋内電極（硬膜下電極あるいは深部電極）による低頻度の単発・2連発刺激法により、病態下および正常脳の静的・動的ネットワーク機構を評価し、それらの解明を目指す。	Single-pulse or paired-pulse electrical stimuli will be applied bipolarly to a pair of adjacent intracranial electrodes at the stimulus intensity within safe limits. We aim to elucidate the static and dynamic features of pathological and physiological brain networks.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	てんかん焦点切除術前の難治性部分てんかん患者もしくは脳神経外科手術患者。	We will recruit the patients with medically intractable partial epilepsy and those with neurosurgical diseases.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	承諾が得られない患者。	A patient whose consent can not be obtained.
