鼻洗浄法ができない患者に対して、生理食塩水噴霧点鼻法(ドライノーズスプレーR)を行い、有用性を検討する。

1.慢性副鼻腔炎症例のうち、手術治療おこなう患者
2.本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1.歯齦切開などで副鼻腔の手術をおこなう患者
2.乳頭腫などの良性腫瘍および上顎癌などの悪性腫瘍例
3.アレルギーまたは薬剤過敏体質の患者
4.研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者
