1）上記施設に調査期間中に入院した、病期や病型を問わない全ての脳卒中患者と無症候性脳血管障害の患者
2）患者本人あるいは代諾者（研究対象者の配偶者、成人の子、父母等の近親者）から十分なインフォームド・コンセントによる研究参加への同意が得られている患者
