選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上の女性の患者
②本研究への参加に関して文書同意が得られた患者

1.Japanese females over 20 years old at the informed consent.
2.Patients who understand in detail and have written consent for the study protocol.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①アトピー性皮膚炎、乾癬、ネザートン症候群を有する患者
② 試験直前(2週間以内)に激しい日焼けをした者
③ ホルモン補充療法を受けている者
④ 顔面にケミカルピーリングやレーザー治療、医師より処方された薬（ハイドロキノン、高濃度ビタミンC、レチノイン酸）の使用など、顔面の皮膚機能に影響を与える治療を受けている者、ないし3か月以内にそれらの治療を受けた者
⑤ 妊娠中あるいは妊娠している可能性のある者、および授乳中の者
⑥その他、担当医師が被験者として不適当と判断した患者

1.Patients suffering from atopic dermatitis, psoriasis or netherton syndrome.
2.Patients having a severe sunburn within 2 weeks before the test.
3.Patients taking hormonal replacement therapy.
4.Patients taking chemical peeling and laser therapy, and using drugs such as hydroquinone, vitamin C, retinoic acid which were prescribed by a doctor within 3 month before the test.
5.Women who are pregnant, may be pregnant or breastfeeding.
6.Patients who are judged inappropriate to participate by investigators.

KLK7は基底膜成分のLaminin332と真皮成分のElastinの合成に関与することが分かった。

KLK7が皮膚の弾力維持に関わる可能性が示唆され
た。

KLK7 was found to be involved in the synthesis of laminin332, a basement membrane component, and elastin, a dermal component.

This suggests that KLK7 may be involved in the maintenance of skin elasticity.
