介入の目的/Purpose of intervention

日本語
運動強度の同定のための最大酸素摂取量の測定→7日間以上のウォッシュアウト期間→最大酸素摂取量の50％，または予備心拍の60％での運動強度にて31分間の自転車運動を行い，その間に呼吸条件（コントロール条件，呼吸数を半分にする低換気条件，呼吸数を1.5倍にする過換気条件）を行う．

1) measuring the maximum oxygen uptake for determination of exercise intensity.
2) wash out period over 7 days.
3) cycling exercise at 50% VO2max or 60%HRreserve is peformed for 31 min, and breathing condition (control, hyperventilation which breathing rate is set to 1.5 time, hypoventilation which breathing rate is set to 0.5 time) is performed in the meantime.

1) 20歳から30歳の健常な成人男性

1) healthy males of 20-30 years old.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) スクリーニングシートにおいて示された問題となる既往歴あるいは症状を持つ者．
2) 喫煙といった生活習慣上の理由や，あるいは実験説明の際に実験規定遵守が疑われるといった実験遂行上の理由から．実験担当者によって本研究への参加が不適当であると認められる者．

2) the person who refuse participation from experimenter, because lifstyle doesn't suit in this study (e.g., smoking) and/or can't obey experimental rules.
